Design
Our clients range from high-end vehicle manufacturers to specialist parts resellers looking for bespoke, quality components. The requirement may be to recreate a classic part that's no longer available from the manufacturer or the creation of a whole new assembly from scratch, or anything in-between. We take a consultative approach to the design process and help our clients find practical, elegant solutions to complex problems.
Additive manufacturing plays a key role and for that reason we've become experts designing specifically for this technology and, wherever possible, help our clients to benefit from the agility and freedom that it brings.
Production
For production we employ a wide range of additive manufacturing technologies, always matching product requirements with the most optimal method for achieving it. This takes into account variables such as weight, heat resistance, strength, impact resistance and surface finish. Our ability to deliver quality products on time means that we now manufacture products for some of the best-known companies in the global Porsche ecosystem as well as for high-end niche auto- and parts manufacturers.
Using the same technology, our sister company Wiesner Classic produces an ever-growing range of parts and accessories for major resellers in the Porsche aftermarket.
